How to Order

Step 1

View our entire collection of announcements, invitations, holiday photo cards, stationary, dvd photo montages, & other products.

Step 2

Once have you chosen your design, click on the thumbnail picture of your design and fill out the order form on the page that pops up. Select your desired quantity and click the Order button.

Step 3

Submit your photos as a JPEG. Please send the highest resolution photo possible. Images need to be at least 1800x1200 pixels at 300dpi for a 4x6 photo to get the best quality. A higher resolution works even better! This will ensure that your photos will print clearly and fits in your design correctly. Some email programs will reduce the resolution of the photo. Before submitting your photo to us please disable the compression feature and attach your photo as a file rather than a photo.

Photos taken by a professional photographer require a signed release by the photographer before we can use them in your design or montage. You can download a copy of our photographer's release form here.

Use our photo upload form to submit your photo(s).

Step 4

After we receive confirmation of your order and payment and your photos we will begin working on your proof. It takes approximately 1-3 business days to receive your proof. Some email programs send our emails to bulk/junk folders. Please check those folders and add our email to your address book.

Step 5

Your purchase includes free unlimited digital proofs. Once we receive final approval on your proof we will send your design to the professional printer. No refunds can be issued once you have approved your proof. If you cancel your order before it has been sent to print we will issue a refund minus a charge of $25.

We will ship your order via USPS priority mail. It takes approximately 7-10 business days from proof approval to receive your order. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to the USPS. We offer optional shipping insurance to protect your package. During the holiday season it may take longer to recieve your order due to volume so please plan accordingly.
