By ordering from Little Ladybug Designs LLC, you agree to the following:

You certify that you are the owner of the photographs you are sending to us.
You certify that you are the parent or guardian or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian of the baby/babies or child/children whose photos you are sending to us.

We can not and will not use professional photographer's photos without a signed release from the photographer. You must contact the photographer to obtain a signed release form. Click here for a copy of our Photographer's Release form. The photographer's own release form is also welcomed. We can only accept faxed and mailed release forms. Emailed releases will not be accepted.

Please understand that slight color variations may occur due to monitor calibration therefore, the colors on your printed card may be slightly different then what you see on your monitor.

A digital proof will be made available to you and you can email us any changes that you would like to be made. Once you approve your digital proof and it is sent to print or burned to a DVD for your video montage, no changes can be made.

Please inspect your digital proof very carefully for spelling or any other errors. We are not responsible for any errors on your part after you have approved your proof and it's been sent to print or burned to a DVD for your video montage.

If your photo is not suitable for printing such as being blurry or not a high enough resolution we will let you know and ask that you send us a new photo. We are not responsible for the photo quality given to us or the end result if you decide to go ahead with the original photos. Click here to read our Photo Tips section for more information on what kinds of photos are suitable for printing.

If you are mailing us your materials we suggest making copies before sending them to us. We are not responsible for materials that are lost or damaged during transit and for delays in shipping due to the United States Postal Service.

Little Ladybug Designs LLC accepts major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment method which uses SSL to encrypt your private information from your computer to their system. Please visit www.paypal.com to view their privacy policy and their terms of service.

If a proof has been designed there is a $25 cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order. Once you have given final approval on your proof and it has been sent to print no refunds will be issued. By giving your final approval on your proof, you certify that all information is correct.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to the Shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

If we have not begun processing your order we can issue you a full refund. If we have put a proof together we can issue you a refund minus $25. Orders can not be cancelled once the digital proof has been approved and sent to print or burned to a DVD.

If you would like to return party favors you will have 30 days to return it and you are responsible for all shipping charges. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Enter the RAN in the space provided on the return label, which is part of the packing slip received with the shipment. Affix the Return Label to the original shipping box. Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return that are not in resale condition. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

If you are ordering a video montage you are certifying that you are purchasing the video montage for personal use.

The music in the video montages are copyrighted material by which Little Ladybug Designs LLC does not hold the copyright to. If you are ordering a video montage you certify that have purchased and own the original copy of the music that would you like in the video montage.

All announcements, invitations, thank you cards, return address labels, keepsakes, video montages and designs are owned by Little Ladybug Designs and are protected by US and International Copyright Laws.

Little Ladybug Designs owns the rights to all announcements, invitations, thank you cards, return address labels, keepsakes, video montages and designs and they are not intended for commercial use
