I was hesitant about ordering online for Christmas Cards as I wasn't sure what kind of quality I would get. When I received the order, I was quite surprised by how professional they looked. They turned out beautifully.
I was also pleased with the service. The first card we selected didn't work with the picture we submitted. I replied back about possibly changing the layout and background and they were very helpful in this. It is so hard to find quality customer service these days, unless you are doing business with Little Ladybug Designs. I searched and searched for the perfect invitation for my son's first birthday party and finally found them at Little Ladybug Designs. There are so many samples available to help you choose or you can custom design your own layout as I did. The first picture I sent did not have the best quality to it so she asked that I send it by another email instead of hotmail. Most people would have taken the first one and been done with it. Kudos to Kim at Little Ladybug Designs! I recently ordered birth announcements from Kim and they are ADORABLE!! I just sent out the first batch and keep getting tons on compliments on them! The whole process was super easy, I just sent her the pictures I wanted and chose a design. There was one picture in particular that wasn't fitting right onto the announcement, but Kim worked her magic and added some borders in order to make it fit! Her customer service is first rate!! She will also cutomize any of the designs she already has on her site, or create one just for you! The process was super easy! As a mommy of three kids under 3 years old...
